Test Engineer

As a Test Engineer, you are the catalyst for innovation within our Research & Development team. You are the key player who enables high-quality products by designing, executing, and analyzing groundbreaking test plans. In close collaboration with our dedicated team of engineers and other departments, you assess our products for functionality, top quality, and absolute safety. Not only that, but you are also the guardian of our test laboratory, ensuring that all findings are accurately recorded.

Your responsibilities

• Immerse yourself in exciting development projects in the hydrogen industry.
• Be the driving force behind the preparation, execution, and analysis of tests for pioneering projects.
• Identify bottlenecks and analyze functional specifications to propose improvements.
• Take responsibility for the day-to-day operations of our test laboratory and measurement equipment.
• Document and report on test plans, test descriptions, and results with precision.
• We are looking for an enthusiastic Test Engineer with initiative, persuasive power, and the ambition to grow further with us.

• A bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, or a similar field, ideally with some relevant work experience.
• You are a team player through and through and thrive in a multidisciplinary team.
• Customer focus is a priority for you, and you have a keen eye for detail.
• Proactivity is in your DNA, and you excel in precise documentation and reporting.
• You enjoy occasionally visiting our sites.
• Good command of both Dutch and English, both spoken and written.

With over 30 years of experience in high-pressure technology, we understand how high pressure works and have become very good at it. The focus is therefore on sustainability, safety and efficiency. Meanwhile, Resato has realised several hydrogen refueling solutions in the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany and Sweden. The stations are for fleet owners and public stations.
