To strengthen our sales team, we are looking for a

Tender Manager

As a Tender Manager at Resato Hydrogen Technology, you will take the lead in developing winning tenders for our hydrogen refuelling stations. You will build a strong multidisciplinary team for each tender and guide them through the entire tender process. Within each tender team you will work with engineering, product support, development and research to ensure the organisation stands out in the tenders and bids.

What you will do as a Tender Manager

• Tightly manage the tender process and assemble the tender team
• Develop a winning strategy for each tender, including analysis of customer requirements, competition and risks
• Perform detailed risk analysis to identify potential challenges and obstacles to the project at an early stage
• Preparing detailed, customer-focused tender documents covering both technical and commercial aspects
• Ensure timely and accurate submission of all required documentation, including price proposals, technical specifications, schedules and contractual terms and conditions
• Establish and maintain good relationships with clients, partners and suppliers and act as the main point of contact for clients during the tender process.

• Completed HBO education, e.g. Technical Business Administration, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering and approx. 5 years work experience in a similar position
• Thorough knowledge of tendering, contract forms and risk/opportunity management
• A winner's mentality! And a positive energy to bring to your team
• An enthusiastic and customer-focused attitude, working in a structured and organised manner
• You are comfortable working under time pressure and to deadlines
• Analytical skills and excellent communication skills in Dutch and English (German and French are an advantage).
