To expand our Sales Department, we are looking for a

Tender Manager

As Tender Manager, you are responsible for the entire tender process, from the initial analysis of procurement documents to the successful submission of winning proposals. You will work closely with Area Sales Managers, Engineering, Product Support, Operations, Legal and Finance and act as the central point of contact throughout the tender lifecycle.

In this role, you combine commercial acumen, contractual expertise and technical affinity to develop competitive and feasible solutions that meet customer requirements while supporting Resato’s strategic objectives.

Your key responsibilities

• Review RFQ, RFP and tender documentation and identify technical, commercial and contractual risks.

• Coordinate multidisciplinary tender teams and manage timelines, quality and deliverables.

• Develop customer-focused tender documentation, proposals, deviation lists and contractual terms.

• Ensure accurate and timely submission of all tender documentation.

• Support customer meetings, presentations and contract negotiations.

• Represent Resato’s interests during commercial and contractual discussions.

• Drive continuous improvement of the tender management process.

• Support key cross-functional processes, including Sales & Operations Planning, service contract development and cash forecasting.

This is what you should bring

We are looking for a proactive and results-driven professional who thrives in a dynamic, technical and international environment.

You also have:

• A Bachelor's or Master's degree, preferably in Engineering, Business Administration or a related field.

• Several years of experience as a Tender Manager, Bid Manager, Proposal Manager or Project Manager within a technical project environment.

• Experience developing commercial proposals and contractual documentation.

• Affinity with engineering and complex technical systems.

• Strong analytical skills and the ability to assess complex tender, contractual and technical documents.

• Excellent communication skills in both Dutch and English.

• German language skills are considered a strong advantage.

• Excellent planning and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tenders simultaneously.
