What will your role look like?

As a backend software engineer, you’ll be one of the builders of our MasterController. You’ll contribute to the architecture, develop in C#/.NET, and ensure that the software is reliable and maintainable.

You won’t do this alone. You’ll collaborate with system engineers, PLC software colleagues, product owners, and other software engineers. Together, you’ll design the best possible solution. You’ll work in a team where quality matters. No “quick & dirty code,” but well-thought-out modules that last for years and are easy to adapt.

What will you be doing?

• Designing software that is modular and scalable.

• Programming backend functionality in C#/.NET for our refueling stations.

• Contributing to design decisions and conducting code reviews.

• Writing and running tests to ensure every release is rock-solid.

• Sharing knowledge with colleagues and coaching junior engineers.

• Proposing improvements—both for the product and for the way we work.

When are you successful?

• When your code is not only functional but also robust, secure, and future-proof.

• When your software runs smoothly at the customer’s site without surprises.

• When you contribute to better estimations, realistic planning, and efficient sprints.

• And when you and your team keep pushing things forward, step by step.

What do you bring?

• At least 5 years of experience in backend software development with C#/.NET.

• A mindset focused on architecture and scalability.

• Enjoyment in working within multidisciplinary teams alongside hardware, software, and system engineers.

• Curiosity and a drive to keep learning, including from colleagues in other fields.

• Experience with Go, C++, or PLC programming? Great bonus, but not required.
