Recruitment Business Partner
At Resato Hydrogen Technology, we’ve grown from 50 to 180 employees in just two years – and our ambitions go even further. With the implementation of an ATS and a strong employer brand, we’ve laid a solid foundation. Now it’s time to take the next step: building and professionalizing a dedicated recruitment department.
That’s why we’re looking for a Recruitment Business Partner who will help shape our growth. Someone who enjoys building, improving, and innovating, and who brings the knowledge and experience to take recruitment at Resato Hydrogen Technology to the next level.
Your Role
As a Recruitment Business Partner, you combine hands-on recruitment activities with strategic advice to management and the leadership team. You will develop a future-proof recruitment strategy, strengthen our employer brand, and establish a data-driven recruitment approach.
You’ll ensure Resato remains visible and attractive to top talent, guide hiring managers using the Topgrading methodology, and translate our EVP (Employee Value Proposition) into concrete campaigns. In addition, you’ll play a key role in setting up and expanding our recruitment department.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement a recruitment strategy aligned with our growth objectives.
Advise management and leadership on talent acquisition, internal mobility, and strategic workforce planning.
Independently manage vacancies while ensuring both quality and speed throughout the process.
Strengthen our employer brand through campaigns, social media, referral initiatives, and an engaging careers website.
Develop and monitor KPIs such as time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, and quality-of-hire.
Coach hiring managers in interview techniques and the application of the Topgrading method.
Lead recruitment and employer branding initiatives in collaboration with HR, Marketing, and external partners.
Initiate improvement projects, such as ATS optimization and labor market communications.
Job requirements
What You Bring
Experience as a (corporate) recruiter or in a similar role, preferably within a growing or dynamic organization.
A clear vision of employer branding and modern recruitment strategies.
Experience with KPIs, data analysis, and data-driven recruitment.
Familiarity with (or interest in) the Topgrading methodology.
Strong advisory and coaching skills towards management and hiring managers.
Enthusiasm for building and professionalizing a department and recruitment processes.
