Project Manager Life Cycle Management

As Project Manager Life Cycle Management (LCM) you are the driving force behind the management and continuous improvement of our existing hydrogen refuelling stations.

You make sure our products perform at their best throughout the entire life cycle – from market launch to phase-out. You will manage a portfolio of many smaller projects, ranging from software updates and bug fixes to mechanical and electrical upgrades. With your helicopter view you maintain oversight, set the right priorities and ensure that every improvement is aligned with Resato’s strategic goals.

This is a brand-new role in our organization, giving you the freedom to build structure, professionalise processes and leave your own mark on our LCM roadmap.

What you will do

• Develop and maintain a clear intake and prioritization process for all LCM requests.

• Coordinate and monitor the execution of multiple parallel projects – from initiation to successful completion.

• Ensure clear communication and alignment with stakeholders such as Product Support, Procurement and Operations.

• Identify and manage risks, and ensure that all product changes are thoroughly documented and implemented.

• Lead or participate in improvement projects for document and ERP systems (e.g. KeyTech & Ridder IQ).

What you bring

• At least 10 years of experience managing a large number of simultaneous projects or programs, preferably with a Prince2 or PMP certification.

• Strong analytical skills and a proven ability to set priorities and make decisions.

• Experience with PLM and ERP systems (KeyTech and Ridder is a plus).

• Excellent communication and leadership skills in both Dutch and English.

• A flexible, stress-resistant and entrepreneurial mindset: you stay on course even when circumstances change unexpectedly.

• Solid technical insight and the ability to quickly understand the impact of product changes
