What do we need now? A Marketing Manager who will further professionalize our marketing organization and ensure that marketing structurally contributes to commercial growth.

Marketing Manager

To accelerate our growth, we are looking for a Marketing Manager who can seamlessly connect strategy and execution and demonstrably contribute to revenue, pipeline growth, and brand positioning. This is not a coordinating role from the sidelines, but a key position within the commercial leadership team.

Our marketing team consists of two Marketing Specialists, an Event Coordinator, and several part-time colleagues and interns. Together, they ensure visibility, support Sales, and organize international trade shows and events. The foundation is in place. Now it’s time for the next step.

As Marketing Manager, you will define the direction of our marketing strategy and translate commercial objectives into a clear, integrated approach. You will develop a future-proof marketing plan aligned with our international growth markets and long, complex B2B sales cycles. You will work closely with Sales, Business Development, and R&D to maximize commercial impact.

You will build a structured, data-driven demand generation approach that results in qualified leads and tangible deals. You will safeguard our brand positioning, strengthen our digital presence, and ensure that campaigns and events contribute to measurable pipeline growth. You will be responsible for the marketing budget, manage KPIs, and report on ROI.

In addition to providing strategic direction, you will lead the team on a daily basis. You will develop team members, bring focus and prioritization, and stimulate collaboration. You are visible, engaged, and not afraid to step in when necessary.

This is what you should bring

• Experience in a leadership marketing role, preferably within technology, energy, or another complex B2B environment.

• Proven experience setting up lead generation campaigns within long sales cycles.

• Strategic insight combined with a hands-on mentality.

• Experience working with KPIs, marketing automation, and digital marketing tools.

• The ability to coach and develop a small team.

• Fluency in Dutch and English.
