Manager Field Service & Installation

In this role, you will have the opportunity to act as a crucial link between technology, customers, and the organization. You ensure that installations worldwide are successfully delivered and continue to perform optimally. At the same time, you will build a future-proof field service organization that contributes to customer satisfaction, growth, and innovation.

Your impact

As Manager Field Service & Installation, you are responsible for setting up and further developing a professional, scalable service organization. You combine strategic insight with operational strength and know exactly how to elevate installation, commissioning, and service to the next level. You play a key role throughout the entire lifecycle of our systems: from installation at the customer site to long-term performance and support. In doing so, you directly add value for customers and contribute to the organization’s growth.

What will you do as Manager Field Service & Installation?

You operate at the intersection of strategy, operations, and commercial activities: 

• Translate the business plan into concrete objectives for installation, commissioning, and service

• Develop a clear vision of field operations as a commercial growth driver

• Prepare annual plans and KPIs and actively manage performance

• Lead a multidisciplinary team of approximately 15–20 professionals

• Coach employees on ownership, craftsmanship, and collaboration

• Ensure efficient planning and deployment, including internationally

• Safeguard a smooth handover of projects to installation and commissioning

• Contribute to the development of service contracts and maintenance services

What do you bring?

We are looking for an enthusiastic and strong leader. You are a confident leader with a passion for technology and service, and the ambition to grow together with us.

• Bachelor’s level of working and thinking, preferably in a technical field

• Experience in a technical environment (e.g., machine building or installation engineering)

• Proven experience with field service, installation, and commissioning

• Experience in managing teams and developing people

• Strong in process improvement and project-based work

• Good communication skills in Dutch and English

• Affinity with energy, hydrogen, or zero-emission mobility is a plus
