Our colleague is going on maternity leave and we are therefore looking for a temporary (1 June 2025 to mid-December 2025) an enthusiastic

HR Assistant (24-28 hours)

Together with your HR colleagues you will be the hub of the Resato Hydrogen Technology organisation and support the HR Business Partners in their daily work. The team consists of the HR Manager, three HR Business Partners, 2 HR Assistants and two Recruiters and you will report to the HR Manager.

As an HR Assistant

• you will be the first point of contact for our employees on matters relating to HR policy and the collective labour agreement

• You will be responsible for drafting and sending out employment offers and contracts

• You will process salary changes in our HR system, draw up documents for car leases and check secondment agreements

• You will ensure the smooth induction of new employees, including the necessary documents and interviews

• You will monitor the performance of the HR Manager and the HR Business Partners, You will ensure the smooth induction of new employees, including the necessary documents and interviews

• You will monitor personnel files, contract deadlines (e.g. anniversaries, renewals) and co-manage the personnel manual

• You will plan and monitor the evaluation interviews and documents around the evaluation cycle and arrange for HR-related workshops

• You will implement the absenteeism policy, ensure that sickness and convalescence notifications are made on time and plan appointments with the occupational health service in consultation.

• You are responsible for keeping the organisation's organograms up to date

• You keep the HR mailbox up to date

What will you bring

• Work experience as an HR Assistant / HR Employee is important to us

• MBO education in HRM with relevant work experience

• You have integrity, are organisationally sensitive and have a professional attitude

• You have a broad knowledge of organisations, gained in industrial and/or technical organisations

• You can work well in a team and show initiative You like processes and structure

• Good knowledge of Dutch and English in word and writing Experience with HR packages is a strong plus. We work together with Loket, Ridder and Verzuimsignaal.
