We have a vacancy in our marketing department for an experienced

Commercial Marketer & Event Coordinator

What will you be doing

In this versatile role, you will be the creative and organisational brain behind our marketing activities and events. You will ensure Resato's visibility among the right target groups and guarantee that our events align perfectly with the digital marketing strategy.

• You will organise and coordinate impactful events, from international trade fairs and seminars to customer days and internal events

• You will contribute ideas to and develop the marketing plan. You will also make proposals for campaigns and strategic initiatives, discuss these with the Marketing Manager, and translate plans into concrete actions that deliver results

• You will monitor the digital marketing budget and event costs, ensuring optimal spending and maximum return

• You will collect and analyse information about existing and new market areas, follow trends in hydrogen technology and sustainable energy, and investigate how Resato can strengthen its competitive position

• You compile clear reports and overviews from all the market and competitor data you have collected. You then present these to the Marketing Manager and Sales Director

• You periodically compile detailed market statistics, including sales figures, market shares and growth trends, and share these with the relevant internal stakeholders

• You will conduct market analysis and gather customer insights. You will conduct in-depth market research and analyse trends to identify new commercial opportunities. You will translate customer insights and feedback into improvements to marketing campaigns, brand communication and product development

• You will develop and publish compelling, consistent content for various channels, including social media, our website, newsletters and press releases, to strengthen our brand identity and increase our visibility

What you bring to the table

• Completed higher professional (HBO) or university (WO) education in marketing, commercial economics, business administration or communication

• Several years' experience working as a marketer and event coordinator, preferably in B2B

• You will have demonstrable experience in setting up and executing marketing campaigns

• Knowledge or affinity with the energy transition

• You have knowledge of spoken and written Dutch and English
